Payment
We accept PayPal and US money orders only.
You can make a credit card payment through PayPal without having a PayPal account.
Orders will be shipped 1-3 days after payment has been received and cleared. PayPal payments must be received within 3 days or the order will be canceled and the item relisted.
Custom orders will not be made and shipped until full payment has been received. Once custom items are finished and listed, they must be purchased within 2 weeks.
Shipping
We ship USPS first class with delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance or faster shipping, please let us know before ordering so we can adjust the cost.
Made to order items may take up to 5 days to make and ship.
We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If there is a problem please let us know and we will work with you to do what we can to resolve any shipping issues.
Please make sure your Etsy address and PayPal address are the same. If not, please let us know the correct address to ship to. We cannot be responsible for items sent to the wrong address if you haven't provided us with this information.
Refunds and Exchanges
We love what we do and take great care in creating all our items. We hope that you will be happy with them but we do understand that there are sometimes problems. We do take great care in describing all items and in taking accurate photos. Please read descriptions carefully and check sizes before ordering. We cannot accept returns based on color differences caused by computer monitors.
If there is a problem, please contact us before leaving feedback and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis (minus shipping cost.) Items must be returned within 2 weeks and in original condition to qualify for a refund. Returned items must be mailed back with delivery confirmation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
We do not offer refunds on custom orders or sale items.
We cannot give refunds on lost items, but please contact us and we can work out an exchange.
