I was so excited about buying this (my first art batt purchase) that I forgot to put in the coupon code at checkout (there was a sale at the shop at the time). The seller actually noticed that I'd left the coupon code out and refunded me the difference (and before I'd even realized my mistake and had a chance to ask if there was anyway to fix it). Also shipped very quickly. Awesome customer service! nSpinning the batt itself is an interesting experience, as it's my first highly textured batt full of bling and noil, but it's actually spinning much smoother than I expected and a pleasant spin aside from leaving firestar bits all over the couch (which I think just comes with certain fibers including firestar).
