5 out of 5 starsI can't begin to describe how pleased I am with this cover! The entire ordering process and communicating with Sara was wonderful. When I got my cover it smelled deliciously of new leather. It's so soft and supple and already has beautiful character marks attesting to its daily use. It easily fits my very packed planner set up consisting of two ½" thick notebooks plus a pouch/folder. The colour is definitely more of a greenish brown than a true olive and I love the contrast with the reddish brown elastic. Just beautiful all around...using it every day is a pleasure!

Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and completely unused. You will be liable for postage costs for any returned items. Any refund will only be issued once the item has been inspected for wear or damage.

UK parcels are sent using 1st class recorded postage (unless you have agreed otherwise before purchase), which requires a signature on delivery, and should arrive within 1 working day of dispatch. However, please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery with this service.
If you've bought from outside the UK, your parcel will be sent by standard international postage and should arrive within 7 working days. This is an untracked service with no insurance. If you would like to upgrade to tracked/insured international postage, please message me BEFORE your purchase to receive a postage quotation.
