Unless an item says READY to SHIP, all items are Made To Order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please note that for all digital products, I do not offer refunds.
For physical products, the piece needs to be returned in original, new condition.
If you decide that you want a refund or a cancellation on a custom order, I can refund the purchase up until the time I begin work on your piece. Once work has begun on your piece, I can not offer a refund.

Shipping
I ship via USPS First Class Mail. To keep costs low, I do not typically offer delivery confirmation or insurance. Delivery confirmation or insurance can be added for an additional charge. Please message me for more details.
US orders typically take 3 to 5 business days through the USPS First Class Mail System, except during the holidays, when shipping may take longer than average. Canadian and International orders typically take 2 weeks during transit.
