Putting a new spin on an old craft...

I've always been a maker of things and I've always loved color and texture so it's no surprise that during my college years as a Fine Arts major I found myself at home in the woven and constructed textile design classes. Out on my own after college I bought a loom and a couple of years later I bought the first of my spinning wheels and taught myself to spin yarn. That was 30 years ago and I've been spinning out of control ever since!

The online fiber community is amazing and I've met so many talented and inspiring folks along the way. I have so many remarkable customers and I enjoy seeing my products given a new shape and form in their hands. It's truly a beautiful thing!

I take great pride in creating the finest spinning fibers and yarns that I can. I think I'll never get tired of the dye pot - it is a place where magic happens and I consider myself very lucky to be able to spend my time doing what I'm most passionate about!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
I hope you never want to return any item, but if you do here is my policy:

You may return any unused product if you are not satisfied for any reason. Product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You must notify me within 7 days of the delivery and return the item within 14 days of delivery. I will refund your purchase price plus the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are on you. Please email me first if you are planning to make a return.
I expect payment within three days of the sale or I reserve the right to cancel the sale. If you are paying through PayPal I would prefer that you pay the same day that you order. Thanks so much!
I ship by Priority Mail through the USPS to the U.S.. I usually ship the same day or the day after payment is made. If you wish to have your item shipped by First Class instead of Priority please convo me and I can make adjustments. For shipping to non-US or Canadian addresses I ship via First Class International. If you wish for me to ship via Priority mail please contact me. Optional shipping insurance is then available - let me know if you want it. Depending on how you want your item shipped there may be additional fees. Please note that the buyer assumes risk of loss or damage during shipping if insurance is not purchased.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
