My Specialty is my Freehand Embroidery using my Vintage WOOL Yarn.
It is a close cousin to crewel, but looser, and more freeform and silly.
Custom orders usually take from 7 to 14 days, PER ITEM.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT HAND EMBROIDERED ITEMS CAN TAKE FROM A FEW DAYS TO SEVERAL WEEKS DURING PEAK ORDER TIMES OR HOLIDAY SEASONS.
PLEASE CHECK WITH ME ABOUT DELIVERY BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DATE NEEDED.
My Original "Bohemian Name Pillow" is my most labor intensive item. This is also my best seller, so, it can take up to 4-6 weeks to make it, depending on current order load. Be sure to let me know if you have an "in hand" date...I can usually accomodate if you let me know!
*I do not discount my hand embroidered items.
If you order multiple items, the turn around time is longer. Also, the holiday season usually brings many custom orders, so your delivery time will run longer after August. Order Early!!:)

Payment
Shipping
I try to keep the cost of shipping down, so I may use recycled shipping materials. In stock items ship within two days, custom orders on clothing and art usually ship in about 5 to 10 days, PER ITEM, multiple item orders will take longer!
Please note that my Hand Embroidery is very labor intensive and will take several days and up to several weeks to complete. Please ask before ordering if you have a need by date,
During the Holidays, I will get booked up early for made to order items, inquire about your delivery time before ordering, Thanks!
I will ship through the U.S. Post Office, Priority Mail or First Class, unless the item is oversized, then FedEx.
At this time I ship outside the USA on request to Select Countries. Please contact me if you want a reserved listing for your country.

I specialize in custom orders. Please read item details for custom order guidelines. Name pillows are priced by the letter. I have listings for different number of letters, but contact me if you cannot find the one you need in my shop.
Will I do an embroidered image of your pet?
Sure! I work from photo and am happy to do any animal! I have several sizes available for pet pillows.
Your shipping address
I ship to the address on your Etsy invoice. I DO NOT retrieve your address from Paypal. Please be sure your ship to in your Etsy order is correct.
