5 out of 5 starsValerie was such a doll to work with. You can tell she is passionate about making quality pieces while sticking to her aesthetic visions to please her consumers. She was there to answer questions and was very honest about what would be best based on the individual's needs. I have two pieces from her thus far and am excited to grow my YELLOWCAKE collection in the years to come. I bought a white tri-pocket cargidan that is great for spring and light enough to drape over your shoulders during summer evenings. Her pieces are versatile from casual to dressing them up. I work in a hospital, I'm an OT. I work with kids. I can strip my track jacket off, bring a nice silk cami or v neck tee and make it work no matter what event I am attending post work. So all in all...who wants a piece of YELLOWCAKE? :)

1 out of 5 starsOrdered this dress for my daughters graduation...Before purchasing, I contacted Valerie to find out the turnaround time and was told two weeks. After two weeks past, I was told three weeks. She ultimately sent the package before I needed it, but not without an argument.Once we received the dress, we quickly realized that the lace was completely different than what is displayed on the pic. We also noticed that the dress in the photo was a mock neck and the dress we received is boat neck. Once brought to Valerie's attention she said, "that she said the dress was lace, she didn't specify that it was the same lace"... She went on to tell me that the dress is only a rendition of the original, but not the exact same. Everything that she said to me after the fact was not stipulated in the description of the dress before purchase.
