I started making handmade cards when I got engaged in 2003. It started with invitations to my engagement party then cards and invitations to all of the "adulting" milestones - my wedding, housewarming party, dog adoption announcement. I got pregnant with my first child and really found my passion for making cards. Birth announcements, birthday party invitations, holiday cards... the friends and family I sent them to told me how excited they were when they saw an envelope or package come in the mail from me. When holiday cards started rolling in, they wondered what mine would look like that year. I'd get messages after they'd received my cards about how much they enjoyed them. I love creating and giving something to someone that makes them feel good.
I carry this passion on with my shop. I work closely with my customers to bring the designs they've had in their heads to life on paper, fabric and giftware. Or maybe they need help with the idea from the start. I work with them to create something they'll feel excited about receiving for themselves or giving to someone else. All of my creations are packaged carefully and thoughtfully and presented in a way that will get the recipient giddy with anticipation, whether it's you or someone special in your life.
