Etsy for me is something of an experiment.

What I've got most out of sewing so far is the joy of creating something, and something I personally love. I often carry my newest creation around just so I can look at it and say "I made that".

And Etsy gves me the thrill of testing whether other people love my stuff too, and the option to share in an online community with a massive collective expertise.

I hope to grow here.

Payment
I am currently accepting PayPal and personal cheques. Please make cheques out to Jennifer Brown.

In both cases, funds will need to clear before items are shipped.
Shipping
My shipping methods:

I alwayst try to post items within 2 working days of receiving payment.

I try to reuse packaging where possible and appropriate, for the sake of the planet.

I use UK Royal Mail 1st class for the UK, and please contact me if you are overseas. In all cases, please allow up to 5 days from despatch for the item(s) to arrive.

If you need something shipping somewhere else, please contact me for a shipping quote.

Please contact me if you would like different packaging, a different carrier or if you need something quick - I will do everything can to make things easier, although this may incur an extra charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the product in any way, please get in touch as soon as possible as a refund is possible if goods as returned intact within one month.
Shipping costs will not be refunded except where shipping has caused damage or unreasonable delay.
