All small pillow related orders are packed in a polyfil bag for shipment. For larger pillow orders,a box will be used.

Doll orders are packed securely in a box for shipment.

Purses are shipped in a bubble enveloped bag.

If you have any questions after receiving your item, please contact me.

------Processing Time-----
I do my best to ship items out within 3 days of ordering. If there are any delays, I will send you a e-mail immediately. Please note that unexpected delays in delivery may occur once item is shipped, which I have no control over. I do apologize!

------Shipping-------
All shipping are done through USPS Priority mail which quotes 2-3 days of delivery depending on location. However, please be aware this is not always guaranteed and you may have to allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be delivered.
For much larger orders, UPS Ground may also used. Also allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Shipping prices are stated under in "Shipping & Policy" tab under the item's photos and do vary.

-------Shipping Overages--------------
Any overages above $1 will be refunded once item is successfully delivered.

-------Lost Packages---------------
If items get loss in the process of delivery and tracking states item not delivered for the following 60 days from ship date, a full refund will be made.

--------Undeliverable as Address-----
I am not responsible for undelivered items due to wrong address given. If item is returned back to me for this reason, I will issue a full refund back to you not including shipping cost and you will have to replace your order if you wish.
