Hello! Welcome to my Etsy store. While I have my own site, www.yenjewelry.com, and offer my line in various boutiques, I thought it was about time that I offer my pieces to the great users of Etsy. My line has been featured by various Seattle and regional magazines, Lucky, Daily Candy and other great media outlets. All of my pieces are meticulously handcrafted by me, and I refuse to take the simple way out and use store bought decorative components; this gives my pieces a bespoke quality. I work with finer metals and semiprecious stones. One would also be amazed at how many tools and how much time it really takes to create one of my pieces! It is a labor of love, and worth my effort.

Accepted payment methods

Paypal
Returns and exchanges
Since all my pieces are individually made, and often made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives defective(based on my years of selling my pieces, I know this is incredibly rare). If the piece does arrive defective, I will gladly repair the piece within 30 days of delivery at no cost. Any repairs after this period will be charged a time and materials fee, which, in most cases, be nominal. Shipping costs will also be charged.
Payment
Please pay using Paypal immediately after purchasing. If you have a credit card, you don't even need to have a Paypal account to make a Paypal purchase. As someone who has used it to make purchases before, I can say it is a pretty self-explanatory process. If payment hasn't been made within two days, I will cancel the sale and re-list the item. Sales tax will apply to Washington state purchases.
Shipping
While most pieces posted are available for shipment within 3 days of payment, pieces that are made to order may require 3 weeks to make before shipping. Purchases sent to United States addresses will be sent via US Postal First Class Mail (Orders valued at over $250 will be also sent with Signature Confirmation). Should you be interested in a Priority or Express shipment, contact me for a quote.

For now, I only ship to the United States. While I love for my jewelry to be worn all over the world, I have just had too many problems with international shipments making it to my clients as of late, and am taking a break from it for a while to save everyone the headache and heartache! Maybe one day soon, I will give it a try again... :)
Additional policies and FAQs
Packaging: Each piece arrives in a satin logo-embroidered pouch, making it perfect for gift giving.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are welcomed, please contact me directly for details and a quote. I am open to working with karat gold and am experienced in doing so, as most of my custom orders include such requests.

Handmade Jewelry: Do note that since all pieces are handcrafted and have natural gemstones, pieces may vary ever so slightly from the picture shown. The differences will be hardly noticeable!

Jewelry Care: Note that sterling silver will darken over time, as well 14 karat gold-fill. To minimize this natural process, please keep unworn pieces stored in its satin bag, and avoid putting on jewelry before applying lotions, perfumes, hairspray, etc. in order to preserve the quality of the metals and gemstones. If your silver does tarnish, and that is not the desired look, rub gently with a silver polishing cloth (do not dip in Tarnex or anything of the like as it may damage gemstones). For gold filled pieces, just wipe gently with a damp soft cloth and dry with a soft dry cloth. Also, don't be rough on your jewelry--it isn't indestructible and can break if you treat it without care.

Destash site: http://www.ayenforgems.etsy.com. I will try to update it soon, since I have a lot of supplies I will never use to unload!
