If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for a full refund.

I accept PayPal payments for the smoothest, and fastest delivery of your items, you may also use a Credit Card through PayPal without having to be a Member.
*Payment is due and payable within 2 days of your purchase
and I will cancel the transaction if I don't hear back from you within that time.*
All listed items are made up and ready to send immediately upon notification of your completed payment.

Yermits will be carefully boxed and sent by Canada post. This is more expensive than shipping from the US (for example)and can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks, roughly. If you need it sooner, message me and I can send it priority post (faster). This will cost extra. Any taxes, duties or fees incurred at the buyer's end are the buyer's responsibility.

If you want your package tracked (to the USA) please choose the expedited shipping ($5) - NOTE: If you are purchasing more than 1 Yermit to be mailed to the USA I will add tracking at no extra cost - no need to add the expedited shipping.

If you need to cancel an order, prior to shipping I will return the full purchase/shipping cost. Message me as soon as you can as I will ship items as soon as possible.

Local buyers can absolutely schedule a pickup and get the shipping cost refunded. Add a message when purchasing, or message me after to arrange this.
