Accepted payment methods

Payment
We currently only accept Paypal.

Payment must be received immediately (2 days at most). If it is not possible, buyer must open conversation with us within two days, otherwise, product will be relisted.

Sales tax will be applied to orders placed in California at a rate of 8.75%/local taxes will be at 8.75% (for packages shipping within San Diego).

If you wish to cancel an order you placed, please contact us right away at orders [!at] yesterdaynewvintage.com. We wouldn't want another vintage lover to miss out on the find.
Shipping
All clothing and larger accessory products are carefully wrapped using tissue paper and a clear poly bag. Jewelry will be wrapped in an envelope and bubble wrap to ensure safety through shipping.
If you wish for your items to be delivered more carefully than otherwise stated (i.e. if you are sending it as a present) please indicate it at the time of placing your order.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs vary and include packing/printing/shipping materials.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship your products via U.S.P.S. within 1-2 days of approved payment. Most items will be shipped with priority mail or First class for lightweight items,It usually takes 2-3 days to receive your package. We will send you a notice via email when your items have left our hands and set out on their journey to you. This also includes delivery confirmation to make sure it arrives to your home safely.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International packages will be sent via USPS first class (to keep your shipping rates down) and will arrive within 1-2 business weeks. If you choose for your package to have a different delivery method (i.e. priority or another service entirely) please let us know immediately. Shipping rates will vary for this type of service. Also, we will not be responsible for any taxes/customs/duties or other charges that may incur upon delivery to your country.

For all purchases, you may want to consider adding insurance to your package, but this will be included at an additional cost. Please indicate this at the time of placing your order.

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages.

*Note: We only ship to confirmed addresses via Paypal. If the address has not been confirmed, we will send you an email requesting your confirmed addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to take back any returns UNLESS the item has been GROSSLY misrepresented. In this case, we will require you to send us a detailed description of what is wrong with the item. In this case, we will consider taking back the item. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. Even then, it may take awhile for the return process to be completed.

We will try our best to describe the products, otherwise you may contact us (prior to purchase) with any questions that have not been addressed in the product description.

We are not responsible if the item does not fit, so please check all your measurements carefully.

At Yesterday's New, we like to offer a very enjoyable shopping experience. Our motto: you're happy, we're happy. At any point you can ask us questions, offer us feedback, or just say hello. We want to make sure you receive a product that is exactly what you fell in love with online.

PRODUCT RATINGS
Here's a little explanation of how we rate the products.

Excellent: Items that still have the tags or show no signs of wear.

Very good: Items that show little to no signs of wear (minimal spots or loose threads).

Good: Has been loved, but still in good shape. Pretty much, it was too adorable to pass up.

MEASURING
All items are measured laying flat. Some garments already have size tags, but vintage clothing runs differently from today's sizes. Please compare your measurements with what is written alongside the product.
• Shoulders: Shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
• Bust: Measured from armpits then doubled.
• Waist: Measured at the waistline (smallest point) then doubled.
• Length: From top of garment to the bottom hemline.
• Sleeve: Measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

•• Shoe length: Measured on the sole of the shoe from toe to heel.
•• Shoe width: Measured at the widest part of the ball of the shoe.
•• Shoe heel: From the bottom to the seam of the shoe's sole.

COLORING
Due to varying screens, the colors may not be 100% accurately represented. A written description will accompany the product images to best describe their true colors.

VISUAL REPRESENTATION
Clothing shown on models may have been pinned back for visual appeal. Please refer to the measurements for accurate sizing.

PROMO CODES
Promo codes are to be used when making a purchase. Just convo us at the time of purchase so that we can adjust the amount for you.
Promo codes are for a single item at a single time unless otherwise stated.

RESERVED ITEMS
Reserved items will be indicated by placing "RESERVED FOR [CUSTMER NAME] ONLY" in the product title. We will gladly put items on reserve or on hold for you for a maximum of three days. Please start a conversation with us first with your intentions to do so. If three days is not enough, please inform us and we will be happy to accommodate for however long you need. If you change your mind and are not interested in the item anymore, again please let us know and we will take it off reserve (we wouldn't want others to miss out on the opportunity).

We completely respect when a customer requests to put something on reserve. We also hope that other customers respect this as well. If by chance another customer purchases an item marked reserved (hopefully only by mistake) we will have to refund their money through Paypal and let them know that it was already on hold for another buyer. We hope people understand this courtesy as we would like to ensure happy customers.
