I accept payment by PayPal, Etsy gift card and Direct Checkout. If you wish, you can pay with a credit card through PayPal without having a PayPal account by choosing the "Check Out as a Guest" option. It's very easy... you can read the details here... https://www.etsy.com/help/article/361
Payment should be submitted at time of purchase. I will wait until payment has been received to ship your purchase. Please remember that PayPal e-Checks may take several days to clear.
If you would like me to reserve an item for you, just contact me through Etsy and I can reserve a listing for up to 3 days. If you have not purchased your reserved listing within 3 days, the reserve will be removed and the item will be returned to regular shop stock and available for anyone to purchase.
Domestic: Packages weighing 1 pound or less ship to the U.S. via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Larger items ship USPS Parcel Post. Books ship USPS Media Mail. If you wish to purchase postal insurance or upgrade to Priority, please contact me with your request before you purchase so I can add the additional fees to your shipping charges.
International: Packages weighing 1 pound or less ship to International destinations via USPS First Class Mail. Larger items ship USPS Parcel Post. Books ship USPS Media Mail. If you wish to purchase postal insurance or upgrade to Express shipping, please contact me with your request before you purchase so I can add the additional fees to your shipping charges.
Please remember that international shipping may take up to 8 weeks or more to arrive. Also, you will be responsible for any customs charges or taxes you may incur.
Refunds and Exchanges
I really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive your purchase and find that there's something you're not happy with, contact me within 3 days of receiving it and we can discuss how to best resolve the issue. I can only offer store credit for returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and delivery confirmation is required.
