Payment

I accept payments through PayPal only. Please make payment immediately after you've placed your order. Please note that payments via PayPal e-cheque can take up to a week to clear from the US and up to two weeks from the UK, though the average is around 5 days, orders will be despatched once confirmation of cleared payment has been received from PayPal. Please email me if you have any problems or questions regarding payment.

If you wish to cancel an order after payment please email immediately. Please note if an order has already been shipped for example, a refund will only be possible when the goods are returned - see below for more information on my return policies.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1-7 working days from the day after receipt of order and cleared payment - if item has already been made I will always ship 1 or 2 working days after receipt of payment. Please note I am unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, NZ public holidays.

PLEASE NOTE I AM BASED IN NEW ZEALAND AND SHIPPING OVERSEAS CAN TAKE TIME TO ARRIVE. Items shipped overseas take an average time of 5-10 working days to reach their destination, though I've had instances where shipping has taken up to 3 weeks.

All items shipped within New Zealand will be shipped via courier or parcel post, and always will have a tracking number. Please note that for overseas shipping I cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit as insurance is not available on standard shipping. However if there is a problem at any stage please feel free to email me and I will try to rectify the problem to your satisfaction as soon as I possibly can.

Please note that orders placed outside of New Zealand may be liable for additional duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.

Postal address - orders will be shipped to the address indicated on your Etsy order. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a significant difference to your PayPal address please email me to confirm the correct and full postal address. I can not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to discrepancies in Etsy to PayPal delivery addresses.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items will be sent to you well packaged and in perfect condition. If for whatever reason you find the goods to be damaged when you receive them please notify me by email of the problem within 7 days of receipt and then return the item to me and I will provide a replacement or a full refund as requested along with your postage costs where applicable. It is advised that you obtain the receipt of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as I can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

I am happy to exchange or credit for any items you are not satisfied with (less shipping paid) if you notify me by email of your decision on receipt and the items are returned immediately and no longer than 7 days after receipt unused, in their original sealed packaging in perfect condition for resale. Please note the returning customer is responsible for payment of return postage.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Descriptions etc - are as accurate as possible. All sizes are listed as approximate though in reality measured. All photographs are as accurate as possible as are colours unless specifically stated in the description as variable. Please allow for differences in colours on individual monitors. Should you not be happy on receipt of an item you can of course return that item - please see the returns information above.

Feedback - I will leave positive feedback on receipt of your feedback once I know your package has arrived safely and you are happy with your purchases. Should there be any problems with your order please email me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I want you to be happy with your purchases and I wish to solve any problems at a customer services level i.e. prior to feedback.
