No refunds or exchanges on non-defective customized items(i.e. Inscribed Wedding Bowl or fortune cookies with text).
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return an item in it's original packaging within 1 week of receiving the item for store credit. I can create a return label for you if needed. You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways for an exchange. You may exchange for anything which I have in stock; please select a replacement item within 6 months of your original purchase.

Please pay with PayPal during checkout. If no payment has been received within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.

I refund the difference between what you paid at checkout and the actual shipping cost, if you paid more than actual.

USA buyers:

Shipping price listed covers USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service, including tracking and insurance from Eugene, OR. These items will be insured for the purchase price. I will enter your email address (the one I get with your Etsy order) on the USPS or UPS website when I ship, so that you will receive emails with tracking information. When using UPS, I will not check the signature release box unless you ask me to. Please be aware that having your UPS driver leave a package on your porch (or anywhere else) in your absence and without your signature will VOID the insurance. I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any package under any circumstance.

If you have a work address where you can receive UPS packages, please enter that work address when you check out, and I will ship to that address.

***If the item you are purchasing is for a gift, please enter your giftee's address at checkout. I can enclose a note for the recipient- just tell me what you would like the note to say in the message to seller window at checkout.
***Please, also, if the item is a gift, make sure that the recipient will be home to receive the package. If no one is home and the package gets returned to me (it will be returned to sender after 3 attempts at delivery), I will not reship without charging you for shipping again.

Packages rarely go missing or arrive damaged, but sometimes bad things happen:
Once I ship a package, it is out of my hands, and it is the responsibility of the USPS or UPS. ***Please let me know as soon as possible if there is any issue with the shipment, and I will do my best to rectify the situation as soon as I am able.

***International shipping will be done by the best way I can find for your country. You may be charged a customs fee when you pick up your package; this fee is not included in the shipping price. If you wish to have your package shipped insured (sometimes that is not possible), please contact me for an updated price.***

*INTERNATIONAL buyers: Your country may charge a customs fee when you pick up your package. There is no way for me to know what your customs fee will be. Please, before purchasing, ask your local post what the customs fee might be for your item. It can be up to US$90.00 or more for a larger piece delivered to the UK, as an example. This fee is not included in the shipping price, and I cannot be held responsible for any fees incurred. Please do not ask me to mark an item as a gift, as that is considered mail fraud, and I can't afford the fine and/or jail time!

Should you prefer to have your order delivered sooner, via UPS 3-day, 2-day or overnight, please convo me before you purchase so that I may research prices.

In Eugene, please convo me if you would like me to bring your order to you at no cost to save on shipping costs.

When packing your order, I do my best to ensure it's safe arrival at it's destination. I have not had anything break in transit in the history of my Etsy shop! Right now, that's over 700 pieces of pottery.

Sizes listed are approximate. I do my best to be consistent, but variations are inevitable.

Items in this shop are not for resale.

I'll consider wholesale/consignment on a case by case basis.
