Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason (wrong size, not what you expected) please contact me. I am happy to work out a reasonable agreement or replacement for your item.

Exchanges will only take place once I receive the item back. Please be aware that shipping can take 2-3 weeks each way, so this can be a lengthy process. If you would like the item sooner, the extra shipping charges are at your own expense.

My items are exchange only. No refunds. That being said, please contact me with any concerns you may have. I will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

I am not liable for any damages incurred while shipping. All items are properly packed before being shipped.

Items that have been used, soiled and/or washed are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items need to be cared for with care instructions provided for best results. An item that has been used cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned for any reason.

Payment is available through paypal only. Your item will be shipped once payment is received.
All items will be shipped regular mail. This may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive within North America. If express is available at a similar rate, I will automatically upgrade for you. You will be notified if an upgrade has taken place.

If you require your item more promptly, please message me and I will be happy to check the rate for you for priority, expedited or express post. This requires an additional fee and is at your own expense.

Tracking numbers are provided only if you upgrade your shipping. Cheapest tracked package to the US is $17. Please inform me of this request during checkout.

Please note that all items are priced fairly for shipping. I am offering you the cheapest available rate.

If you did not receive your item, I cannot be held responsible. I will provide you with proof of shipment (a copy of your receipt with your name on it). Items lost in the mail are not the responsibility of the seller. If you are uncomfortable with this risk, please inquire about upgrading your shipping to a tracked package or expedited parcel which has tracking and insurance coverage to cover costs of potential shipping mistakes. The increase cost is at your own expense.

Custom orders are welcome! All you have to do is ask. The length of time of custom order completion will vary depending on demand for certain items. This will be discussed with you upon requesting a custom made item.
