5 out of 5 starsShipping from the UK to the US can be a bit of a gamble, and unfortunately, my package seemed to get lost in the post. However, seller was very responsive to my messages and offered me a full refund when the item failed to show. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

1 out of 5 starsVery disappointed! Item smelt of cigarette smoke :-( Was VERY small. Also paid postage of $6...actual cost 1.82. Can't believe I paid so much for so little. Again.. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the buyer did not contact us prior to posting a review to discuss the issue. This item was created using a vintage fabric piece in a small cushion size (as stated in the description) and - despite being laundered - may have not met the quality we usually work with going by this comment. As a result we do not use any vintage fabric in our products as of May 2015. The buyer was contacted after we saw the review but failed to respond.
