Thanks for visiting my shop! Let me know if you have any questions. I am convo-friendly and welcome custom orders.

    Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
Please contact me first if there are any problems. Each return/refund is handled on a case by case basis. I will do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
    Payment
I accept PayPal payment (in US Dollars). Payment must be made in full and have cleared before I ship out your purchase. If you are having any issues with Paypal or using Etsy checkout, please contact me and I will provide whatever assistance I can.
    Shipping
Due to the weight of finished mosaics, I ship most in USPS flat rate priority mail boxes, which is typically the least expensive method. If you are making a smaller, lighter-weight purchase and would like me to check to see if regular priority is actually less expensive in your case, please contact me prior to purchase.

Mosaic boxes, individual decorative balls, and small bottles will be shipped priority; but are light enough not to warrant a flat rate box except for international shipping. (However, if you are buying several of these, please contact me and I will combine the orders in a flat rate box.) Mosaic suncatchers will be shipped in the small flat rate priority box.

I will ship doll house art First Class USPS, please contact me if you would prefer priority.

I ship 2-3 times a week, so any purchase should be shipped out within 3 business days. Please remember that due to postal delays, some packages may take a bit longer to arrive.

US Customers: Delivery Confirmation will be included. If a purchase is over $100, I will automatically include signature confirmation. If you do not wish signature confirmation, please contact me before purchasing.

International Customers: All shipping prices reflect the cost of priority shipping. If you would like tracking, insurance, or to specify what shipping method you would prefer, please contact me. The customer is responsible for any duties or customs. Please remember, international shipping can be slow.

Allergy sufferers - all mosaics are made in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.

    Using Mosaic Art as Trivets:
I have designed many of my framed mosaics to be able to double as trivets. All these mosaics are created on cement tile board, such is used in bathrooms, so it is both durable and highly resistant to water damage. The frame also has small foam feet to protect your table and countertop. The surface is quite flat, so dishes will not wobble on it. The grout has been sealed, so if you spill, just wipe it up – the grout is safe!

    Care for Mosaics:
All mosaics are created on surfaces appropriate for mosaics. Each one has been sealed, protecting the grout from moisture and staining. If spilled on, wipe up the spill and clean the mosaic with a slightly damp cloth. Do not scrub or submerge in water.

After extended use, the mosaic sealant will wear. Depending on use, you may want to reseal the mosaic every several years with a clear grout sealant available at hardware stores. Mosaic wall hangings should need no more than an occasional dusting, while a regularly used trivet would require the occasional resealing. A well cared for mosaic can last, and be used for, a lifetime.
