Hello and Welcome! Life is fun in the Pacific NW. So fun and beautiful that we could no longer stay cooped up in a store front day after day. So, our retail store's inventory is available to you at wholesale! We still know where the bargins are, so we are continuing to buy when we find a good opportunity.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
We want to get it right the first time, so please ask questions. If you are a supplier and do not want feedback, let me know. Since this is a recently opened store, I'd still like appropriate feedback.
Pay Pal is how we roll. If you "purchase" something and for some reason you don't make it to the payment screen, you have 24 hours to pay, or we will assume you messed up and the item will be relisted. If we convo you through etsy, and don't have a response of any kind in 24 hours, then expect less than perfect feedback.
I am a big fan of the USPS 3 day box when appropriate. Otherwise, if it's a smaller item, it will be shipped USPS First Class in a padded envelope with a tracking number. I do not pad handling costs for my paper, printer ink and time and gas to the Post Office. When I price shipping at $2.00, it's often more than that (depending on weight) when you factor in the envelope price. Just so you know. Also, we recycle as much as prudent.

Most often I will ship the same business day if the order is paid by noon Pacific time.
My official shop policy is to ship one business day after purchase. You will get a tracking email either way.

If you want insurance added, please convo me and I will change the postage price. If I have shipped and you did not request insurance, I cannot be held responsible for product once it hits the post office. As always, I suggest you wander around to see what options you might want to take advantage of.

INTERNATIONAL: This gets tricky. Many jewelry type items will easily go into a small padded envelope and ship for about $5, but there is no tracking for International orders until you get up to the $13 envelope. And even then, there are restrictions.

So, unless you convo me and we adjust the shipping, it goes the lowest cost method with no tracking, no insurance and no guarantees on PKC's part when or if it will be delivered. In reality, when you pay more, USPS contracts with other carries like Fed Ex and UPS who have offices outside the US. I suggest you check out and play with the rates to see if you'd like to change your options.
Additional policies and FAQs
My friends and I have discovered a lot of folks on Etsy are absolutely the most creative and caring people on the planet. Please help maintain that spirit. Don't buy unless you want to keep it, don't break it and try to return it because you didn't understand the size of a 6mm bead.. or whatever.
