We contacted the buyer to offer return/refund (because this item was not personalized). We have not heard back from her. Sizes of the blanks are listed in the product description of our listings. We are disappointed that this buyer did not allow us to fix any issues they had with this purchase. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

5 out of 5 starsJust received my necklace today, it's beautiful! I've previously order hand stamped jewelry off etsy many times and this is by far the best hand stamped piece. I'm impressed! The ring is a little different than the one featured in the picture, but it's still great!
