I do not ship to Germany and will cancel any orders placed with a German shipping address. Unfortunately, their LUCID process is too complex and the penalties for mistakes are too high to be sorted out by a small seller on the other side of the world.

Orders are only protected for damage to the extent USPS covers their respective shipping method.
All international orders will be marked "merchandise."
Please note that once the USPS has marked an item in-transit, you can follow that tracking information to see where your item is located.
The United States Postal Service is a magical system which brings items from around the world to your doorstep for just a few dollars. It is also an imperfect system made up of human beings, who sometimes make mistakes, and those who order products through the USPS accept this reality. Items lost or damaged by the USPS will not be replaced under any circumstance, unless you have paid for Priority Mail shipping (which includes insurance for packages which are damaged in transit or officially marked "lost"). The USPS may require photos of damaged packages.
