The shop owner was excellent to deal with. When order became lost so,we here in the mail she was quick to reply to my emails and willing to work with me to find a solution. The cards are super cute And will be a nice touch to our big day. Thanks again!

These came fast and look awesome! So cute, but not cheesy like a lot of shower games! I'm going to place on each guests' plate and ask people to read them while the bride is opening gifts! Gift opening can lead to awkward silence!

Bobbi is a total Rockstar! The Tie the Knot invitations were better than described! Our wedding guests love them. We are so pleased. Bobbi was very responsive to all of my questions and requested edits. She is absolutely fabulous to work with!! I would recommend Bobbi to anyone looking for unique wedding invitations and fabulous customer service!!!! These invitations really set the tone for the entire wedding. ;) Thanks, Bobbi!! You rock! I opened my shop in 2011 as a hobby. I enjoyed creating handmade paper crafts and worked on my items during much of my spare time. In 2012 I began getting much more serious about my work. I left my day job to stay home and work doing what I love, creating invitations and accessories for people just like you! I love working with people to create exactly what they need and have envisioned.

Welcome to Heartstrings!
Here you will find a variety of custom made wedding stationery and accessories. We have a large assortment of pre-made designs but we love working with our clients to create designs from scratch too.

Store hours: Monday-Friday 8 A.M. till 6 P.M. PST

Payment
{ WHERE TO START }

We do require a deposit on wedding stationery and 'day of' stationery in order to reserve your spot on our wedding calendar and begin the ordering process. This amount goes towards your final balance, which is due before printing. Your deposit is non-refundable. After we receive a deposit, we will email you a conversation via Etsy (unless otherwise asked) with the information we will need to begin your first proof.

{ PROOFS }

Each wedding suite order includes 3 rounds of digital proofs and each single card order includes 2 digital proofs. The first round of proofs will be sent to you after we have received your wording. You may request changes two additional times after this. Please keep this in mind. We require any changes made to be approved by our clients. In order to do this a proof will need to be sent. We will work with you prior to your first proof being sent to try and get an exact idea of what you are looking for.
An additional fee of $25 will be applied to your total balance after the initial proofs are sent.

{DEPOSITS}
Deposits are required for wedding stationery and 'day of' stationery. Once a deposit is placed your spot is reserved on our event calendar and we begin working on your order and proofs. Because we begin work right away after the deposit is placed our deposits are non-refundable.
Shipping
{ DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within US) }

We ship via USPS Priority Mail which arrives quickly within 2-3 days. Saturday delivery included. Express mail and overnight options are available for rush orders. (Additional fees are applied for rush services).


{ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of the US) }

We ship all international packages via USPS International Priority Mail or Flat Rate (whichever is least expensive). The shipping estimate for Priority Mail is 6-10 days. This is not a guarantee, but an estimate, and DOES NOT include time spent in customs. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs.

Depending on the country, packages may stay in customs for several weeks or more. Please look into the customs and import policies of your country before placing your order. We recommend ordering 4-6 months in advance of your wedding for international customers.


{ DUTIES & TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING }

Some countries charge tax and duties on international shipments. As the buyer, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and other charges your home country may make. Please look into the policies of your home country before placing your order.
Heartstrings is not responsible for paying customs fees, taxes or duty fees placed by other countries.
Refunds and Exchanges
{RETURNS/EXCHANGES}
Our invitations and stationary are all created to fit our individual clients needs. Due to this, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you choose to cancel your order after a proof has been sent, Heartstrings will retain $25.00 per proof that has been sent.

{MISSPELLINGS/ INCORRECT WORDING}
Heartstrings is not responsible for any misspellings once proofs have been approved. Please check spelling, grammar, and capitalization. We also suggest that you send a proof to a family member or friend for a second check.

{RETURNS BASED ON COLOR}
Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may be slightly different from what you see on your monitor. Your printed invitations will be as close as possible to the colors shown on our color sample chart, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary over time and may not match perfectly.
While color may not always be an exact match, keep in mind that we always make sure every order looks amazing before sending them out!

We carefully check each order prior to shipping, but if there is a problem please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly fix it for you!

Prices are subject to change. Please look over item descriptions and price information carefully before any purchase to ensure your product is exactly what you are looking for.

~ I LOVE making custom orders! If you don't see a color or quantity that you need please send me a conversation and I will be glad to create an order for you!

*NOTE: Special Orders and Custom Orders will require payment in full prior to the item being printed and listed - no exceptions. Custom and special orders are only refundable if there is a defect in the item that was caused on my part.

If you are unhappy with any order, PLEASE contact me prior to leaving feedback or returning the item so we can work things out. I will be happy to work with you to correct the situation or offer store credit. My goal is a happy customer and I willing to work with you in any situation!
