I started sewing when I was just a little girl, but it has now become a passion of mine. I love making things for people that are unique and make people happy. I make purses and accessories and I also make aprons, kids clothes, custom embroidery, towel sets, koozies, and just about anything else you can think of. Please give me a chance to make you something special. You won't be disappointed!

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
I would love for you to be completely happy with your purchase and I believe you will be delighted with your handmade accessories, but should something be not to your liking, I ask that you contact me within 5 days of receipt of delivery with your issue.

If not a custom item, I will gladly accept a return, within 14 days, in the original condition, and will issue a refund, minus the initial shipping charge.

The exception to this is personalized items, in which I cannot accept returns but will do what I can to remedy the situation.

I am easy to work with, so please let me know your concerns.

Payment via PayPal or Direct Checkout

Most items will have a final approval and are NON REFUNDABLE upon approval or after 24 hours after purchase. If item is not custom and you are not satisfied, please contact me within 5 days of receiving and I will work with you to make it right.
Shipping
Shipping to the Continental US is via USPS Priority Mail for medium- and large-size items; and via 1st Class US Mail for small items. Shipping outside of the Continental US is via 1st class International Mail. Overseas buyers are responsible for duty/customs fees, if any apply. Overseas buyers, please contact me beforehand with shipping information, so I can get you correct shipping costs.

Other shipping methods, insurance, and delivery confirmation are available. Please contact me with your requests.

How quickly can I get my item?

My items all have different turnaround time, so please refer to the shipping/policies tab under the listing to check.

What if I need something quicker than your regular turnaround time?

If you need something quicker, please contact me and I will see if I have any additional slots for my rush orders.

Can I upgrade to overnight shipping?

Absolutely! My cost for most overnight shipping is $22.95--that is my cost to you as well. If it is over that, I eat the cost. Overnight shipping only makes the shipping quicker, not necessarily the production time.

Are the shirts unisex or ladies?

Most of the shirts are unisex unless otherwise described....but most can also be made in ladies if requested. Some colors are not available in the ladies styles, so please contact me before you order.

Your private information will always be private when provided to Yourpursenality. I have access to your email address and physical mailing address after purchase. I will only use that information to correspond with you regarding your order.
