Cancellations are completely fine BEFORE we do design work and printing.

Sales on custom designed orders are final. Due to the unique nature of our custom designed items we do not accept returns on those. Most items are custom made just for you at the time of order. Carefully check the accuracy of the image before approving of it. Sales on used craft items are also non-returnable, and sold as is.

We are up-front regarding the paper your items will be printed on - and we offer paper samples! Know what you are getting prior to placing any order.
We take payment prior to doing design work or creating orders. PayPal, credit cards, and Etsy Gift Cards are accepted.
Please check the ship to address for accuracy before submitting your order. We cannot change the address for you after you check out.

International: The customer is responsible for any customs charges associated with receiving a package. We will use first class mail when possible and refund any shipping overage if the package weight allows.

USPS Priority Shipping and Express Shipping upgrades are available upon checkout.
Additional policies and FAQs
~ Please use Etsy messages to give design instructions. Please do not depend on notes to seller or email to communicate important information. Lack of communication and timely design approval via conversations will result in a canceled sale.

~ It is important that we create and confirm the design on your items via conversations prior shipping your set(s). We need a written "OK" on the final design. Please proof read and do not approve of a design unless you love what you see! Look at the image closely and carefully.

~ Once an order is "OK'd", we print and cut soon after. At this point, we cannot change the design. Be sure we did not miss any details.

~ COLOR - My printer will not match your computer monitor. My monitor will not match your monitor or even my printer. Color is an exact science but it varies and is executed differently by the different computer, monitor, and printer companies and their machines. Paper color, texture, and brightness come in to play also. It is not possible for us to promise you that what you receive will look how you expect it to. We will not refund or remake an order based on a color complaint. However, you may choose to send us a physical swatch that we can try to coordinate with - on items we print at home only (this excludes professionally printed items). Plan plenty of extra time, and message me for my address if you need it.

~ EVENTS - booths, parties, weddings, etc. Orders should be placed 30 days in advance. Things take time: Design communication, printing, and cutting. Mail can get lost or damaged. The extra time allows for fixes. Important orders like this should not be rushed! Late orders will not be guaranteed.

~ Please inspect your order upon opening your package; count the items to make sure you have a complete order. Let me know within the day if there is any discrepancy.

• Copy write protected graphics belonging to another.
• Graphics that do not have a commercial term of use.

• licensed, full size 300 dpi images that belong to you.

❥❥❥❥ HANDMADE PLEDGE: Each item is individually designed and created by hand with care. When you support a small business you support a family.
Images you send and final layouts will be kept on our computer, in a separate file named after your business. These images will be used only for orders from you.

Clip art, fonts, and background images that originate from our purchased collection may be used in designs for several customers - those elements do not become exclusive to you.

We often photograph completed printed orders and post fun pictures on instagram. These images may be used on shop listings as well.

We try not to repeat entire designs - so that each customer's look will remain mostly unique to them.

What kind of paper do you use?


• 110 lb. 8 1/2" x 11" White Card Stock*
* When we print on legal size the weight may be 90# cardstock

Paper-Papers Brown Bag Kraft or Thunderbolt papers brown kraft fiber 80#

On Line Labels brand. Many are available in plain white, glossy, clear, or brown kraft. Textures, weight, and levels of opacity will vary accordingly.

Why does this order look different?

I do occasionally wear out a printer and buy a new one! Not always the same brand, therefore not always the same rendering of how your logo will print. It's not a lower quality or change in how I make your order... it's a new printer with a different brand of ink. Please be aware that my equipment does change every so often.
