Yours Truly Invitations was officially founded in 2007. I have a passion for creating and I have filtered that love into creating custom invitations for over 300 customers annually between my website, local customers and etsy.

Yours Truly invitations now works with over 300 brides annually. We have shipped to all corners of the globe including Ireland, Australia, Canada, Scotland, United Kingdom and Hawaii.

Yours Truly Invitations is dedicated to creating quality hand made products that will be kept and treasured for many years to come. I use only the highest quality card stock, paper, ribbon, real dried foliage, and Swarovski crystals. I take great pride in my products and my goal is to provide excellent customer service and a great product. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions.


Production Time
Production time varies depending on the time of year and the complexity of the product ordered. Panel invitations usually take 1-3 weeks from approval of proof. Pocket and laser invitations can take 2-4 weeks. Smaller items can take 3 days to 2 weeks depending on how many orders are ahead of you when you order. If you need your items quickly please contact me before you order to verify that I will be able to complete them in the required time.

Your deposit amount covers our time and resources for your proof process. Once you approve your proof for printing the remaining balance is due. Full payment is due before any items are printed or assembled.

Rush Orders
If you need your items quickly please contact me and let me know so we can see if we have the materials in stock before you order. A rush fee may apply and will be considered on a case by case basis

Minimum order
Our current minimum order for weddings, mitzvahs, laser folders styles and pocket styles is 50 sets. I am willing to accept smaller orders but will need to charge an additional fee. The fee will vary depending on the order and will be determined at the time of the order.

Guest addressing
We offer computer calligraphy as an additional service to you. We will show a generic sample of the addressing in your proofs. We print your addresses EXACTLY the way you present them to us, we simply change the fonts and spacing. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for the usps handling of your invitations.

Please remember that you are buying a hand made product. While I pride myself in the beauty and perfection of my work there may be very small differences due to the handmade nature of the product. I only use high quality #110 or heavier card stock, papers embellishments and ribbon. The invitations you receive will be of keepsake quality. Please read our reviews you will see that our products are of excellent quality.

Colors can vary from monitor to monitor. Please feel free to ask me about any colors or to help you select colors that will look best together. You can always order a sample invitation and I will send you swatches in the colors you are interested in so you can view them together at home. If you wish you can also send me a swatch of your colors and I will match up the colors for you. This is usually the best option because I have huge swatch books of papers and ribbons from which I can order from but may not have in stock

Approval Process
Once an order is placed we will create PDF file proofs for you to review. You will be able to make a list of changes you wish to see and I will send you a new proof for review. Up to five proofs are included in the price of the invitations. All proofs must be approved before they are printed. Once printing has begun no changes can be made. If a change needs to be made after the order has been printed the customer will be charged the cost to have them re-printed.

The listing you purchase is a non refundable retainer to get your order started and to cover the cost of your proofs. The amount of your purchase is credited toward your order once you approve your proofs. Once you approve your proofs the remaining balance is due before anything is printed. Due to the time consuming nature of our proof process once an order is placed and design work has begun it is non refundable.

Reorders are any order placed for additional items after an order has been sent to print. By nature reorders typically are small quantities and have to be rushed this is why we charge a minimum 20% fee for reorders. It is best to order several extra when placing the original order.

Photography Permissions
If your order involves pictures- it is your responsibility to make sure you have the permission of the photographer to use the pictures for reprinting. Please respect the work of your photographer and make sure they have given written permission to re print their photographs.

International Orders
I will gladly take international orders. Yours Truly Invitations has created invitations and accessories for weddings in Australia, Ireland, Scotland, England, France and Canada. Please be sure to allow plenty of time for your order to go through customs. I will promise to get your order in the mail on time but cannot guarantee how long it will take to get through customs and am not responsible for the package after it leaves my hands. If you are ordering internationally please make sure you have ample time to receive your package. I will not make international rush orders. Thank you for understanding.

No order will be shipped until full payment is received.
I am not responsible for a package once it has been given to the Post Office. That is why I only ship with methods that are track-able such as, priority and first class.
-Samples are shipped First Class
-Orders are shipped Priority with signature confirmation – this is for my protection and yours if you waive the signature confirmation I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
-Insurance is optional- please let me know if you want it before you pay your final balance. I cannot be held responsible for shipping errors.
-Overnight and Next Day shipping is available upon request
