Payment
We Love Paypal! Paypal is the preferred method of payment for all purchases from Yoyodyne, Inc.

If you see something you've just GOTTA have and you're one of those folks that thinks some hacker or international spies or the federal government is going to steal your soul if you sign up for Paypal, e-mail me. We'll see what we can do.

Payment is expected within one week of purchase. If there's going to be a delay, let me know, and I'll hold out for you. Otherwise the item will be re-listed with much grumbling under my breath.
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, all items pictured are available and should ship out within three days of completion of payment. (Paypal e-check users, please note: e-checks usually take an additional 3 or more days to process before payment is received.)

I ship items USPS priority mail, usually in the flat-rate mailers or boxes. The small boxes and soft mailers ship at a flat rate of $5 within the US, medium size boxes ship for $11 within the US. (If you notice that some items are listed with a higher shipping rate than others, it is because their size prevents them from fitting into a small-size box or mailer.)

If you require expedited shipping, insurance, or another delivery service, please contact me BEFORE completing your purchase so I can attempt to arrange it and/or charge you accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
Of course, in an ideal universe, this would never be an issue, but since we're all human, here's the skinny:

Best efforts are made to post clear photos and detailed measurements and descriptions of all items. If you receive any item that you feel is not as described or is defective in any way, please let me know- hopefully we will be able to work things out equitably.

Two caveats:
1) Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Damage and/or loss incurred during shipping can only be resolved if insurance has been purchased.

2) We do our best to take accurate photos, but remember not all monitors display color with 100% accuracy. Please be advised, especially when buying accessories, that the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
