Thank you for taking time to review my shop policies.

There are two goals at y.t.lou designs:
1. Create quality, original pieces that make people smile.
2. Provide outstanding customer service.

The policies below are designed to aid in my ability to provide you with the outstanding customer service you deserve.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
Only credit cards or PayPal are accepted.

Please note - custom items will not be made until payment is received.
Shipping
Ready to ship orders are shipped within 5 business days. Custom orders are shipped within 10 business days.

All items are shipped United States Postal Service First Class Mail. If you would prefer another service, such as Priority Mail, please contact me for a shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If actual shipping costs result in more than a $1.00 overcharge, you will be refunded the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges can be made on ready to ship pieces within 10 days of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

NO exchanges or refunds on custom work.

Refunds will be granted on items if the reason for return is workmanship or product defect. Please email before you ship any return items to ensure the item is eligible for return. Any items returned without prior authorization will be forfeited.

A full refund or exchange will be granted if an item arrives to you damaged in the mail. I will need proof of the damage, which you can provide by sending the damaged piece back to me.

If an item does not arrive, I will give proof of shipment by providing the receipt from the day I shipped the item. Sometimes items are delayed in the post office but not lost forever.
