Custom and personalized orders
Currently do not offer customizations or personalizations. But it is something I will be working on towards the future.
Currently all listing are set with and available options, if any, at this time.
Gift wrapping and packaging
As of now there is no option for gift wrapping but I am doing my best to find make it available for the holiday season. Will keep you posted.
If you follow my shop and join my email list you will be notified of shop updates such as gift wrapping being an option, when gift certificates become available, discounts and new collections. And as an added bonus by joining my email list you’ll get an awesome discount code to use on your order.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to items being edible and made to order I can not offer a refund. But keep in mind canceling an order may get you partial credit and not a full refund. Depending on time frame of cancellation.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed in the first 12 hrs and I being making new order after. Items are made fresh and to order to be mailed at the fastest times possible.
If you cancel within that time frame I will provide a full refund. If it’s after I begin making your order I will only refund 50% of the order and those products can not be reused at a later date.
You can always message me as with the holiday season coming and there’s always a lot going on I will try to work with you. Another option would always be store credit or a gift certificates to use at a later time.
Is there an extra fee for rush delivery?
With the orders being edible i try my best to have a turn around time of 48 hr and ship priority mail. This is at no additional cost to you. You can order items as early as possible to lock in your date for a specific. All processing times are in each individual listing.
If your looking for overnight delivery then there is a rush fee as i have to being your order immediately to ship same day (depending on time and size of order) or next morning.
Always remember to join my email list for a coupon code that you can use towards your date.
I have a question or situation how can I contact you?
Send me a message and I’ll get back to you within 24 hrs. I try my best to answer questions after a few hours based on order completions but during the holiday season may take more time before responding. But either I or my daughter who helps with messages will respond.
All layers are dealt with on the case by case basis but I alway try to help my customers in any way I can if it’s feasible.
I reside in NYC do I have to pay shipping?
Yes as I do not offer curb side pick up at this time. So all orders will be shipped priority mail.
Keep in mind there are always ways to save. First all orders over $35 ship for free and yes that’s still priority shipping.

I received your discount code but it isn’t working what do I do?
I am sorry for that inconvenience and as we all know at times systems may glitch. If this happens please send me a message with your coupon code and I will manually refund you the portion of that discount
Why didn’t my order receive free shipping?
All orders of over $35 or more before discount code is used will receive free shipping. If your order is less then $35 after you use the discount code you will be charged for shipping.
