Had a bit of a mixup with her vacation schedule but the seller replied to my query, quickly sent the item and was very gracious and professional regarding the situation. Would shop with her again. :)

I very much like to promote the use of reusable diapers and other sanitary products. I also, relate with tough financial times that many are experiencing, so I will try to stay open to payment issues and/or bartering.

I feel that bartering for what you need is very fulfilling!

I list my measurements precisely and will not accept any returns or refunds for items that do not fit. It is up to you to measure your baby prior to purchase. If you need instruction on taking measurements, please, read the instructions under "MEASURING YOUR BABY" below. I suggest that you always buy diapers, covers and clothing with room to grow, that way you get the most for your $!

In the case of lost or damaged items, during shipping, please contact me and we will file a claim with what ever carrier was used.

***If you ever have any problems with any of my creations, please contact me prior to leaving feedback. I'm very easy to get along with and I want you to feel good about your purchase!
Additional policies and FAQs
If you've never had to take measurements for sizing your baby, then shopping for diapers and diaper covers can get confusing.
Here are some instructions on how to do so:
*If you are shopping for diaper covers, always measure your baby with her/his diaper on.
Using a flexible measuring tape (if you do not have one of these you can easily use a piece of string, yarn or ribbon and measure it on a ruler)...

RISE: the rise is generally taken from the top/front of the diaper, down between her/his legs up to the top/rear of the diaper. You generally want the diaper cover to come higher than the diaper, so look for covers with a rise that is 2 or more inches more than your measurement.

WAIST: the waist is generally taken around the naval area or slightly below.

HIPS: the hips are generally measured around the "fattest" part of the babies rear/hips

THIGHS: thighs are taken where the thigh of the diaper ends, usually the largest part of the leg.

INSEAM: the inseam is usually taken from the crotch seam or middle of the crotch to the bottom of the pant leg. With shorts this determines how much room there is for diaper and how long the leg will be. With footed longies, it is usually measured down to the foot rather than the ankle.
*When shopping for recycled wool, if the item says it is "felted" this means it is usually going to be very thick and absorbent, but usually not very stretchy.
*Wool interlock is relatively stretchy, but should be purchased a little larger than your measurement.
*Knit items are usually very stretchy.
If you have any further questions on measuring or cloth diapering in general, feel free to contact me!

I will consider wholesale orders to retailers. Contact me if you are interested.

Have a beautiful day!
