Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is available for customers in and around Edinburgh.
Click the "Apply shop coupon codes" text on the basket page and type in the code "LOCALPICKUP" to remove the shipping charge.
Orders can be collected from me directly in the Abbeyhill area of Edinburgh once your items are ready.
What do I do if I listed an incorrect shipping address when I placed my order?
Please let me know right away.
If your order has not been shipped I can update the address.
If your order has already been shipped, I will contact the delivery company and request an update to the address or ask they return the item to me. Please note neither of these is guaranteed and will depend on the delivery company.
Where the item is returned to myself (by request or by an unexpected recipient) I can re-send to the corrected address but the responsibility of the extra postage cost will be with the buyer. Should the buyer not wish the order to be re-sent, I will refund the cost of the items (but not the original postage).
Where the item is delivered to the wrong address and they do not return it, I cannot offer a refund.
Are your items available in larger sizes?
Not at the moment but this is something as the business grows we'd like to be able to offer.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a letterbox sized cardboard box or a recyclable mailing bag (for large orders).
If you would like a hand written message, please let me know by filling the 'add free gift message' or the 'note to seller' field.
