If you are having any problems with the item that you ordered, please start a conversation with us through Etsy. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Send us an email with the name of item, quantity and reason for return. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt of goods and the buyer assumes all shipping responsibilities and costs. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Once goods are received, please allow up to 7 days for a refund.

Zafel Designs accepts the following payments through PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and, of course, PayPal.

You don’t need to have a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Please allow up to 48 hours after your payment is received for shipment of your item(s), unless otherwise noted in item description. Some photo prints will take up to 7 days after payment to ship.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will not leave negative feedback for canceled transactions, unless we are not contacted to cancel the transaction. Transactions will be canceled after 5 days of nonpayment and negative feedback will be left.

Shipments to Washington State addresses are subject to sales tax and will be adjusted through PayPal, or billed separately through PayPal.
