If the price of a solid gold item is too good to be true, it is most likely not solid gold ✨ To protect yourself, look for keywords like "Solid Gold" or "14kt Solid Gold" and always look for a quality stamp and trademark :)

PROCESSING TIME
All in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the case of a return or an exchange, the customer is responsible for requesting a return within 14 days of receiving the merchandise and having the item/s returned within (and no later than) 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in its original gift box and condition. Orders older than 180 days are not eligible for a return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
If the customer makes any changes to the original item, Zahav Jewelry reserves the right to decline the return.
We are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs.
International shipments are not subject to returns/exchanges.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Zahav Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs and will not cover customs charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship all international shipments via USPS First Class Mail International. Depending on the destination, it can take anywhere between 7-21 business days to arrive. Please note when making a purchase.
In addition, when the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond the control of Zahav Jewelry and any original shipping time estimates. In case of delays within the country of destination, it is up to the buyer to contact their local postal office for more information.
International shipments are not subject to returns/exchanges.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse a shipment from Zahav Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
ARE YOU ECO-FRIENDLY?
Yes! Here at Zahav Jewelry, we pride ourselves on the steps we take to produce an environmental-friendly product.
Besides being certified by the Responsible Jewellery Counci (the world’s leading sustainability standard-setting organization for the jewelry and watch industry), all of our gold is being sent to a refinery in the U.S. and is being recycled.
Recycling our gold means that in order to preserve the environment, we do not engage with buying "new gold" or new earth-crafted gold.
We make sure that the refinery we work with follows the roles and guidelines set by the Responsible Jewellery Council, which ensures that the jewelry is being made responsibly with respect for human rights and the planet.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
To keep your jewelry looking new, bright, and free from body oil and cosmetic products which leaves residue behind, and could cause the stones to be enclosed in the dirt, take a soft-headed brush with some soap and gently brush the stones and metal after all the dirt is removed wash off all of the soap with water. Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for cleaning jewelry with emerald or opal as high heat can damage these stones. For best results purchase a polishing cloth specifically made for jewelry.
MY JEWELRY IS TARNISHING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Sometimes gold can tarnish a bit - particularly on earrings and the inside of rings - depending on your skin chemistry, but it is a super easy fix. Simply use a polishing cloth to remove any tarnishing.
HOW DO I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?
If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. We are responsible for sending you the ring size you selected upon ordering. However, we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size.
