Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on items that are custom made or on earrings.

All other items can be returned within 14 days of receipt providing an email is sent first informing me of your decision to return and to confirm the item is in it's original unworn condition.

Refunds cannot generally be offered on items that get damaged or lost in the post, although if the item has been sent with postal insurance I can make a claim on your behalf and offer a refund.
Payment
Paypal is currently the only method of payment I accept. Please email/convo me if you would like to discuss or suggest other methods.
Shipping
UK:
All items are sent by First Class and Recorded Delivery, although this method does ensure items for up to £36 it does not include Jewellery. If you would like your item insured please convo me for an updated listing as your purchase can be sent using the Special Delivery service which will arrive the next working day after despatch.

EU/US/Other:
Items are sent using Airmail which can take between 3 - 5 working days for delivery. If you would like your item insured I can send send it out using Airsure which takes between 2 - 4 working days for delivery.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most items in my store have to be made to size within 4 working days per item. Please convo/email me if you would like me to check whether I have your size in stock or to see if your item can be made sooner than 4 working days.
