We started shipping by FedEx, and that means you can choose a shipping upgrade and get your item within 4 days or sooner!
Remember to include your phone number in the message - we need it for the shipping label.
Priority registered mail is our basic delivery method for international orders. You get a tracking number with each order, however sometimes the tracking isn't completed properly by the postal service once the package leaves Europe, and unfortunately, this is out of our control.
Please keep that in mind while ordering.

Wholesale availability
All our bags are made to order. If you need a bigger amount of bags, the processing time might be a bit longer, depending on the size of the order.
Care instructions
Our bags are machine-washable in warm water (40 degrees Celcius).
Do not tumble dry.
After washing, give the bag a shape from before putting it in the washing machine and dry it well.
Custom and personalized orders
Each bag is made to order. That means that there are a couple of ways you can customize your bag:
- choose a different zipper you see on another of our bags
- choose not to have the earphone eyelet
- ask for a longer or shorter strap.
If you have any other requests, do not hesitate to ask.
