After posting your order, liability transitions to the buyer. I am not responsible of your item being delayed, lost, damaged. Although I will still try to help you figuring things out, I will not refund or replace any items based on these circumstances.

Also, please double, triple check your address. I will also not issue a refund if a package is returned because of a wrong/incomplete address. If you would like your item to be shipped to you again, you will need to pay for the shipping fee again. Even if you were eligible for free shipping, you will still be responsible for the shipping fee in case your package is being returned based on this circumstance.

Polymer clay is a flexible, light and water resistant medium but you should still take extra care of your earrings: excessive bending might result in breakage. As a soft material, polymer clay can be scratched by other metal. Be sure to safely place your earrings, as possible away from any metal items (including other jewelry).
To help prolong their longevity, avoid soaking them in water or any other liquids. In case they get some dirt (with everyday wear, such as make up etc.) use a Q-tip to clean and very gently, rub with rubbing alcohol or acetone.

Brass components will naturally tarnish over time. To clean them, you can use a brass tarnish remover.
