Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If there is any dissatisfaction with any item purchased, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange an exchange. Should an item be damaged in shipping, please contact me for repair or replacement.
Deposits for custom work are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, I will invest many hours and days into creating your perfect piece. I am always happy to work on the fine details to get your final work just as you wish.
Payment
If you are a local client, some local checks and money orders are accepted, please contact me for further info.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped USPS with a tracking number. Most orders will be shipped within 1 week once order has been received and the payment has been processed.
If you need your item sooner, please send me a message and I will promptly let you know if it can be done sooner!
***The EXCEPTION to the above is purchase of Bouquets and Wedding Packages! Current turnaround time will be in the listing. If it is not in the listing, the turnaround time for a single bouquet is 2 weeks, with a wedding package being 8-10 weeks! If you need your pieces sooner than this time frame, please send me a message BEFORE purchase to see if I am currently able to get them to you sooner, thank you!
International Orders:
I currently ship once each week on Wednesday. Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail and does NOT include Delivery Confirmation or Tracking.
**If you require a Registered package, PLEASE let me know before your order and I will adjust the shipping cost to include that USPS service.
