Frequently asked questions
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before Monday will be shipped out Tuesday except on Canadian holidays! Canadian orders may be shipped out earlier. Orders may be processed earlier in the week but won’t be dropped off to the post office until Tuesday. Orders placed before 12PM MDT Tuesday may still be shipped out on the same day if I haven’t left yet.
Pre orders get shipped out the day after the stock arrives to me so other orders may also be fulfilled at the same time.
My tracking number doesn't work and I am an international buyer
Please go to http://mailviewrecipient.fedex.com/ to track your package until it leaves the US, once it arrives in your country please use your home country's postal service for updates :D the provided link will also update when your order is delivered.

Note that FedEx FIMS service has no delivery time guarantee so it may not arrive within the 3-4 weeks and due to Covid the time has become more shotty. The cost of this service is the same as shipping with Canada post but Canada Post won't give a tracking number. Smaller items can be upgraded to Canada Post Tracked packet for a fee but larger items like pillow cases can only be upgraded to EMS because of its weight.
Does standard shipping have tracking?
All standard shipping except within Canada has tracking. Overseas orders doesn't exactly have tracking but checkpoint tracking only, outside North American countries delivery takes roughly 3-4 weeks. UK and EU take 1-2 weeks because default shipping must be the upgraded shipping.
You're Canadian but your American orders ship faster?
I use a 3rd party service that carries American postage items across the border to use USPS so it's almost like shipping within America. Canada Post doesn't use air to transport mail unless upgraded hence the slower times.
I'm from X country and don't understand the shipping options.
If you're from the UK or EU countries, standard shipping is already upgraded to Canada Post Tracked Air because of VAT laws. The ETA is roughly 1-2 weeks. The next upgrade is very expensive and not recommended but please message me if you would like this option.
Everywhere else not in North America is shipped with a forwarding company by FedEx which ONLY has checkpoint tracking, which means it is only tracked when it leaves and enters the country therefor it is cheaper. Your local post office will offer more tracking information once it enters your country. This takes roughly 4-6 weeks. If you upgrade it will be shipped by Canada Post and take roughly 1-2 weeks with full tracking.
