I accept credit cards, Etsy gift cards and Paypal. If it is a custom order, that has arisen from a convo, then I will start to make the item only when the payment is complete.

I aim to post all items within a week although it could be two weeks during busy periods. I use first class as standard. Shipping upgrades are available for those who prefer signed for delivery. We'll agree delivery times for custom orders together depending on the nature of the order. I love it when I know that your item has arrived safely so drop me a message or better still leave me feedback! If I don't hear from you within two weeks for UK orders or four weeks for international, then I shall assume everything is fine and will consider the transaction closed.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
