Returns and exchange details
If you receive a damaged package, return it immediately to your Post Office. If an item has been lost in transit, we will initiate a claim, but must wait a minimum of 30 days to file due to US Post Office requirements.

Shipping
We gladly ship internationally. Please be aware that you may be subject to import taxes, VAT and/or duties once the merchandise reaches your country. These additional costs must be borne by you. Please be aware that we must list the value of an order on the customs form and what its contents are. We cannot declare an incorrect value on your shipment, and all packages must be declared as merchandise, no exceptions.
Damaged / Lost packages - All packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they leave our store. Any claims must be made through that carrier for damage that occurred during shipping or a lost package. Please make sure to have the tracking number available in order to process a claim with them.
NO refund will be issued for a package marked as undeliverable or refused at delivery.
