Shop policies

Below are my Zenabu shop policies. I hope that everything is clear and easy to understand but if there is anything you are unsure of please do not hesitate to contact me. Excellent customer service is very important to me and I will try my best to meet your needs and to answer any questions you may have.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payment can be made through Paypal or Setcom (UK based). If you want to buy something through Setcom, I'll direct you to my payment page where you'll find a "buy now" button. You will need to sign up but this only takes a minute or two.

If you have a South African bank account you can make an electronic payment (EFT). Please email me so I can send you my banking details should you prefer this method of payment.

If Payment has not been received within 72 hours, the sale will be canceled.
Shipping
I use Royal Mail to post things. I've sent about 300 packages with them in the past, and they have been impressively reliable. Royal Mail uses DHL to get items to your country, where they get posted using your postal system.

I will ship to your PayPal/Setcom address, so please make sure that your PayPal/Setcom info is correct and up-to-date. It is your responsibility to make sure that the address you supply me with is correct. Your parcel will take 6 - 14 working days to reach you. The shipping price includes a tracking number, insurance and a beautifully package item. I will supply you with this number so you can track your parcel's progress.

I generally ship within 1 - 2 days of receiving your order and payment. If I find it will take longer to ship, I will contact you with details.

Products are inspected for quality assurance.

Custom Orders and items that need length adjustments might take a little longer to complete but I will contact you with all the details until your parcel is ready to be sent. We can discuss the exact time frame when this occurs. If something you require is not in stock it may take longer than a week but I will let you know should this be the case.

If your parcel does not arrive please contact me immediately so I can locate your parcel for you and/or clear up this problem.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in my work and your packaged jewelry should reach you in excellent condition. I hope you will be very happy with your purchase.

If there is a problem, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me immediately to discuss the next steps. Returns should be arranged with me before posting the piece back. Shipping is non-refundable.

Please note that for hygienic reasons refunds will not be offered for earrings. I do not accept refunds on most commission items.

If there was an error on my part, I will ship you a return envelope to return the piece to me so I can fix the issue.

If you are unsure on anything please ask before ordering. This is all at my discretion.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are most welcome.If you have an idea of your own or you want to match earrings to a necklace or bracelet that will be no problem. I can custom make just about anything that my current knowledge allows for.

Most if not all of my jewelry can be adjusted or re sized. Please don't not take something because of size. I will work with you until its what you want/right size. I want you to be happy with the item you like and want from my shop. I will work with you.

Please note that colors may appear different on the web, different computer screens and in photos.

Please let me know if you purchase something as a gift so I can arrange for the invoice to come to you, and the gift to go direct to the recipient if required.

Zenabu will not be responsible for any additional fees once the parcel has left South Africa for all international orders i.e. customs fees, taxes, and tariffs.
