Payment
I accept PayPal and checks. Please note that if you pay with a check it may take up to a week to clear. Once payment clears items will be shipped. An 8.75% sales tax will be added to all orders from California.
Shipping
We offer free shipping anywhere in the USA, and low rates internationally! Samples and stationery orders ship via USPS Priority mail, which reaches most destinations in 2-3 days. All invitation orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
International orders ship the same, except for invitations orders are shipped USPS Express Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns on printed materials. If ordering invitations, we recommend ordering a sample before placing your final order. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

{Samples and Colors}
We recommend ordering a sample of the invitation design you are interested in. Colors are manifested differently on individual computer screens. We are passionate about matching YOUR colors to your invitation. Therefore, if you have a fabric or paper sample you can send us for your final order we would love to match it for you.

{How to Order Invitations}
1. Contact with me the number of invitation sets you intend to order and I will contact you with a price quote.
2. When you approve the quote, I will put up reserved listing for you in the amount of a 50% deposit.
3. Once you purchase and pay for the deposit listing, you may send me the details you'd like on your invites and any color samples you would like for us to match.
4. After 2-3 business days, I will email you a PDF proof of your invitation and any other paper products in your invitation set. You are entitled to 3 minor revisions on them.
5. Once I get your final approval, I will print and assemble your invitations. It usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on how many sets you are ordering and how much assembly is involved.
6. When I am done printing and assembling, I will put up a second reserved listing for you for the remaining 50% balance and shipping costs. Once you purchase that, I ship them off to you!

{Custom Orders}
Zenadia Design is a custom invitation company, and we are just now branching off into pre-designed invitations and stationery. We would love to work on a custom order for you. Please contact us for more information on this. We also do custom designed save the dates, escort cards, programs, and any other paper products for your wedding. If you would like programs etc. matched to an existing invitation we would be happy to do this as well.
