I received the gloves and the color I was looking for was purple and black. The spots that you see in the photo are other colors. Therefore, I used a sharpie marker in dark purple and black to cover the other colors. The gloves fit well.

Zen And Coffee Designs
As a child I spent my days with my hands and mind always in something creative. I was fortunate enough to attend schools where such creative endevors were nurtured, and with parents happy enough to support my wild imagination. Growing up I explored every artistic medium I could get my self into. I tore through books as fast as I could, stole bits of quilting from my mother's stash to make doll clothes, drew and painted, sculpted and wrote- anything at all just to create.
As I grew older, so grew my passion for all forms of artistic expression. I always found a way to keep creating.
Zen And Coffee came together from a collection of these different passions. Through Zen And Coffee, I am able to explore every aspect of the creative process right down to packing. As the Curator I get to select wonderful fabrics, laces and other items for new designs. As the Designer I get to match this bit to that and find new ways of expressing myself through my work. As the Shop Owner I get to share this creativity with all of you and deliver a bit of my imagination to your doorstep. Through my work, I hope to bring to you your own handful of stardust- to inspire you to dream, create and to remember the magic of your childhood and tomorrow - no matter who you are or where you are from.
All of this is very much my unexpected zen. Sewing has always been a passion of mine and to now be able to do something full time that not only incorporates that, but also allows me to fulfill my "slight" fabric addiction and to keep creating daily is very much a dream come true. I run my shop in all aspects on my own and love nothing more than meeting so many wonderful customers and friends through my work!

My name is Wren! I make unique and comfortable Arm Warmers and Fingerless Gloves for all seasons and styles! Every pair in my shop is 100% handmade and designed by myself alone, and start off as fabric and trim on the bolt!

Returns and exchanges
My customers always come first, so on the rare chance something is wrong with your purchase I am happy to work with you to make it right! I check my work every step of the way as I am making your order to ensure everything is as it should be, but I am only human! If I have somehow made a mistake, please don't hesitate to message me as I am here to help!
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns or cancel sales for changes of heart since my items are made to order. As soon as you place your order, I begin the process of making your gloves. Please MAKE SURE to check my TURNAROUND TIMES and all listing information before checking out and contact me with any questions you might have! Thank you so much for understanding!
Under certain rare circumstances, I will consider return for exchange or shop credit within 3 days of delivery *if* the item is still unworn, unwashed and in the original condition it was received in. You must contact me within that time frame, but I am here and happy to help the best I can as I know not every situation is the same! Any return shipping fees are up to the customer to pay.
PLEASE do not send anything back to me without getting in touch prior. I am always happy to help or answer any questions/concerns that you might have. Any item being returned must be in the same condition as originally sent (unworn, unwashed and free of scents) and shipped with tracking/delivery confirmation in a strong envelope that is watertight and safely packaged.
The original item must be returned and reached me before anything will be sent for exchange. This applies to shop credits as well, and in rare instances when applicable, refunds. In the special case of a refund, certain costs can not be refunded sadly as there are seller's fees that I pay that are not returned to me either, as well as the original shipping paid.
I can not otherwise accept returns or offer refunds given the nature of my items and since each pair is made once an order is placed.
This policy does NOT apply to custom orders.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom orders or on worn items. If the item is sized incorrectly or is completely wrong, I am happy to provide an exchange to correct the issue. I strive to make each item to exactly your measurements and standards. If you do not tell me that you need a larger or smaller size, then it will be made in my standard sizing which for most of my pairs fits a small to the larger end of a medium comfortably with stretch. If you decide you simply do not like the item or change your mind, I am sorry. I know this sounds harsh, but I simply cannot refund money for a change of heart since all of my pairs are made when ordered.
I am always happy to resize an item for no cost with either standard or custom orders, except that all shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the customer.
ECHECKS: If you make payment via echeck, please be aware that they take a week - a week & 1/2, and occasionally longer depending on location if overseas, to clear and I cannot begin your order or place it in my queue** until that time.

I ship via USPS and try to always offer the lowest shipping possible.
Since each item is *handmade to order*, I make and ship out orders within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of payment since this is a busy time for my shop and I run it fully on my own. I always do all I can to stay as much ahead of schedule as possible, and will always ship sooner in those cases. Please allow ONE ADDITIONAL BUSINESS day PER ADDITIONAL PAIR ORDERED. ON A DEADLINE OR NEED SOMETHING FASTER?:
I am happy to offer rush order turnarounds when needed! Please contact me prior to purchase so that I may make you a custom listing to reflect this.
To keep it simple, I offer 3 different tiers of rush orders depending on your needs if your order must be sent and received ahead of my normal turnaround times!
- Standard Rush: 25% of order total cost before shipping costs
- Expedited Rush: 35% of order total cost before shipping costs
- Extreme Rush: 50% of order total cost before shipping costs
During the Holidays I have ordering cutoffs in place to help ensure that when you order by these dates enough time is allotted for my turnarounds plus USPS transit times to reach you by the Holiday in question. After these cutoffs pass, I do still offer rush orders to help you get a last minute order in time for the occasion! During these periods only Expedited and Extreme Rush orders are available given the busy season!
Faster shipping is separate from Rush Orders, and for both orders placed within the US or Internationally, Priority mail and Express Mail are available at cost! US Express Mail is overnight guaranteed once sent and International Express Mail is 3-7 business day arrival guaranteed once sent.

This is a very busy season for my shop, so I appreciate your patience very much! I value every one of my customers, and will do anything I can to help where needed! Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions! I answer all inquiries in a timely manner, and value all questions regarding orders, no matter what they might be!
The customer is responsible for paying any tariffs/duties/taxes/customs fees if and where applicable. These are fees collected and regulated by the carrier or customs department in your country and are not something I have any control over.
From shipment to arrival, international packages take an average of TWO - THREE WEEKS, so please plan accordingly if you need an item for an event! There are some locations where it is possible for a package to take up to 5-6+ WEEKS, sometimes longer, for arrival once shipped.
Tracking is included and is provided for any international destination that currently supports scanning USPS tracking. If your country supports USPS tracking, once your order ships you will receive a shipping notice with a customs number that begins with "LZ". If your customs number begins with "LN" then at this time your country does not support scanning US packages.
Faster shipping is available at cost. Note though that international expedited shipping can be costly! I am happy to offer priority or express mail for international orders at the buyers expense should they desire!

All Items are made in a smoke free and pet free home! I do burn mild incense from time to time, but far away from fabrics or completed orders, which are kept in my studio with the door closed, since I work out of my home.

Wholesale orders are currently only offered between March - August to keep order volume fair to normal customers since I run my shop completely on my own full time, and require a minimum of 2 pieces per style selected and a minimum of 24 pieces total. however I can be a little flexible depending on your needs.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. What are your current turnaround times to make before shipping?
My current turnaround time is 10 business days, plus one additional business day per additional pair/item ordered, to make before shipping as all of my items are made to order. Larger orders may require additional time.
What if I need something ahead of your turnaround times?
I offer a few different rush order options and am happy to offer faster shipping if needed as well! Just contact me prior to ordering and I can set up a custom listing for you that includes your desired order, rush and faster shipping all together. Please see the shipping section of my policies for detailed information on rush order costs.
Note: Rush Orders will be unavailable between May 24th through June 15th. Custom requests will also be limited during that time.
