ZenDaisyStudios: Spreading smiles and happiness one unique clay creation at a time!

I make all of the items in the shop by hand, with the assistance of my trusty dog, Blue (he coordinates all of the snuggle breaks). Love goes into every detail in each one of my pieces, from mixing clay until the perfect color appears to the final touches of blush and varnish.

How did this all begin you ask? Well, making kawaii polymer clay figures came about as a hobby after being inspired by a little pancake stack charm that I saw during a Google search for “cute pancake.” Kawaii means cute in Japanese and is also used to describe a style of faces that I feature in my work. I started making several different charms and figurines to give to my family, friends and coworkers. When I gifted them, I was surprised by how happy they made folks… little day brighteners! Even just saying the phrase “unicorn poop” really gets some people going. In the summer of 2016, after receiving multiple suggestions to open an Etsy shop, my inspiration to sell one-of-a-kind clay pieces went to the next level and ZenDaisyStudios was born.
