>> PAYMENT OPTIONS <<
Seller accepts payment via Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout. Upon written request, seller will accept U.S. post office or U.S. bank money orders only. No international money orders will be accepted.
>> LAYAWAY <<
We offer layaway on item(s) with a value of $200 or more. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance to be paid in 1 to 3 increments over a 30-45 day period, to be determined. There are no discounts on layaway items. They are also not eligible for returns and are considered non-refundable. Please send a message if you wish to do layaway. Sorry, but I cannot do layaway for international customers.

We can only reserve items up to 24 hours for new clients and up to 72 hours for returning clients. If you would like to reserve an item beyond this time frame, we require a non-refundable 25% deposit.
Seller will ship within (3) three business days of receiving payment. Typically items are shipped next day.

Shipping within the United States is via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping services included are delivery confirmation and shipping insurance. We offer free shipping on jewelry items. All other items are subject to shipping fees.
>> INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING <<
SHIPPING SERVICE: We offer international shipping to a limited number of countries via USPS first class international mail service. We may consider shipping to countries not listed in our shipping profiles, and if we do, we will ONLY ship via USPS Global Express Mail Flat Rate Envelope (which includes insurance & tracking). Please contact us for rates.
FEES: Shipping fees are non-negotiable and prices reflect the amount it costs the seller to ship the item based on weight and monetary value. The fees include postage, insurance and packaging materials.
TAXES, DUTY, VAT OR OTHER FEES: International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duty, VAT or other fees incurred on international packages. This is NOT included in the shipping price. Prices vary from each country and payment will be required for delivery of your item. Seller will NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS if a package is returned showing the buyer failed to complete payment of any required additional fees.
CUSTOMS FORMS: Please be advised that I will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents. This is against the law.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: Delivery time of first class international shipping service varies. Speed of delivery depends upon how quickly the package is processed through customs in your country, as well as when the buyer completes payment for any taxes, duty, VAT or fees required for delivery. The only way to guarantee delivery by a specific date is to upgrade the shipping service to USPS global express mail, otherwise the seller cannot specify when a package will arrive.
Refunds and Exchanges
>> RETURNS <<
All sales are considered final. However, we pride ourselves in providing 100% customer satisfaction. Returns and/or exchanges will be accepted if notified within (3) THREE DAYS of receiving the item. The item(s) must be shipped back within (2) TWO DAYS upon an agreed return/exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please review our listings carefully for the following information:
* Photos (there are five photos with each listing. Please use zoom for closer detail)
* Size (we provide thorough sizing info and weight when applicable)
* Variation in color (each computer displays color differently)
* Condition (we include any condition issues in the listing)
Our feedback rating speaks for itself. Communication is key in creating a positive buying experience. If you have questions about an item, we encourage you to send us a message prior to purchasing. We are happy to provide additional photos and/or information per your request. All inquiries are usually responded to within a few hours, but no less than 24 hours.
If you wish to return/exchange an item, please refer to the following steps:
1. Contact me within (3) THREE DAYS of receiving the item. The item(s) must be shipped back within (2) TWO DAYS upon an agreed return/exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS. If contacted later than this time frame and I will not accept a return.
2. Items are expected to be returned with the same packing materials with which they were sent (i.e. gift box, bubble wrap). Any items lost or damaged in the return shipping process that were not sent with delivery confirmation and/or insured will not be eligible for refunds.
3. An item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition as it was when originally shipped. Items returned with any altering or damage that wasn't already existing will not be eligible for refunds.
4. Shipping costs associated with returning the item will not be refunded.
5. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from a refund if any items are returned without prior communication and/or if the package is returned undelivered or refused.
6. Refunds will be made via either PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout only.
>> INSURANCE CLAIMS <<
If your item was damaged during the shipping process, we must be notified within (3) THREE DAYS from when it was received. We will request proof of damage via photos for insurance purposes. Also we will request that you complete an affidavit (online) for the insurance company to process the claim.
Additional Policies and FAQs
This is the scale I use to describe the condition of items in my shop ...
MINT CONDITION: Jewelry that has never been worn - including new old stock where appropriate - with original boxes and/or tags. No flaws or signs of wear anywhere on the jewelry.
EXCELLENT CONDITION: Like new but without tags/boxes. If the history of the piece is unknown it cannot be considered "mint", "new", or "never worn" - so "like new" is a good descriptor. No noticeable flaws to the jewelry, including scratches, scuffs, chips, tarnish, or patina. No bent pins, worn prongs, or clasps that don't work well. Stones are free from surface scratches and still have their original intended appearance (no fading, discoloration, darkened, dead or missing stones).
VERY GOOD CONDITION: Jewelry that is wearable and overall in excellent condition but has smaller, less noticeable flaws. Examples: Slight scuffs, spot of wear to metal, tarnished clasp, or age spot/discoloration to a piece that can be noticed when examined up close - but it is not likely to be noticed when worn because it is a minimal OR the item is in excellent condition when worn but has more significant flaws on the underside or back of piece.
GOOD CONDITION: Piece is wearable but has noticeable flaws that could possibly be noticed when worn. Peeling or scrapes to more than a couple of stones/beads, noticeable wear to metals, etc. Often a piece is so beautiful and unique that it can be worn with noticeable flaws because it's that fabulous!
FAIR CONDITION: I do not consider jewelry in fair condition to be wearable. Pieces in this condition are for junk/craft lots if they have hardware or stones that could fulfill another purpose.
