This is the most awesome and unique blouse!! This seller is very accommodating! The blouse would have fit too snuggly, so she offered to alter it for me, and now it fits perfectly. This has been a very enjoyable shopping experience with a very personable seller who communicates well. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this seller! Kathe

About

Wearable art. Metamorphosis through art

I remember the very day when my GrandMother taught me to sew cross stitch. She made beautiful tablecloths or wall cloths enriched with so many ancient symbols like the tree of life, spirals, sun, moon, zigzags... She had no pattern, she knew all by heart... her mother taught her...
Then she taught me how to spin... she used only natural fibers like wool - with so many earthly colors...
When we had enough yarn she taught me how to knit and to crochet. It was basic knit and cable knit and simple crochet, nothing fancy. In the country we had to make durable clothes like vests, gloves, socks and cardigans to keep us warm in the winter.
And the days past.
That was a mystical, traditional Time for me...

I grew up in a small city. Here my Mother taught some modern techniques like how to embroider and how to use the sewing machine, well, that was fancy for me...Raised in the city, my mother has the talent to make something beautiful out of nothing. All the clothes we-I and my sister-had when we were children were made by my mom. Dresses beautiful I can't explain and costumes for our school festivities uncounted...
That was the Time, mystical as well, when I was taught creativity...

Now I'm a Mother...
...living in the consumerism era and wandering between ancient and modern I'm trying to create sustainable art...
This is me teaching my child the knowledge from the past and the intuition from the future
for the love of our Mother...

P.S. I love you!

Every piece is handmade or upcycled by me. Every element in the product is eco friendly. I use only recycled materials: fabrics, lace, yarn, threads, buttons. I'm also a vintage fan so you might find vintage inspired stuff among my things.

There is no USE in buying new materials because our Earth is full of forgotten, Out of Trend clothes. So the wearables I make are little phoenix birds trying to find everyone of you.

I choose mostly natural fibers and/or fabric. If I choose acrylic or polyester in my upcycling or handmades is only because I truly found a purpose for that very piece.
Every article is unique, I can't and won't duplicate. I will take custom orders but please note that my items are ONE OF A KIND, not two or three of a kind...:)

The wearables I make are also therapeutic. I bless every item while making it and before sending!

If you want to ask me details about what I have in my shop feel free to write me an email.

Please have in mind that this store is an one person store. I'm the designer, the one that sews, knits, crochets, weaves, spins, embroiders, that is looking for fabrics and runs the virtual business, that makes the coffee in the mornings and sweeps the floor in the evening :).

I know how much people is seeking for REAL HANDMADE objects (because I'm one of you/them) and I hope you will appreciate my work. I don't hide a whole factory behind this name where 3 designers and 12 people sew/work for like 14 hours a day or working in 3 shifts... so I can't sell my work for 5 dollars and free ship.

I put a bit of my soul and my entire energy in every little thing I make... so I'm with you everywhere...

Blessings and... remember how is to be human.

Enjoy!

Come on in! How are you, today? You may like this skirt. I just made it. I know it's your favorite color. It will match this scarf and necklace. Put them on...Oh, you look very pretty... And you want to make a present to your sister, oh, excuse me, your mama here... hmmm... here it is. It will look so sweet on her. This brooch goes very well with the shawl you bought for her the other day...

I believe that the imperfection or raw edges or variated colors make a garment unique and utterly beautiful so you might find more fringes than clean edges.
I believe that a raw edge makes a garment infinite, like it continues to grow beyond its limits joining your skin in an embrace.
