Many of my items are fulfilled by a third party, in most cases a printing facility in a different time zone. As soon as your order is submitted it is transmitted to the printer, so being able to cancel it is usually not possible. If you reach out to me quickly then there is a chance that I can stop production but that is not a guarantee. If there was a mistake please let me know and we can work together to fix it. If it is a case of buyer's remorse that is harder, but I am willing to do what I can to make the situation right. But as a general rule my listings are non-refundable and cancellations not accepted.

Because a number of my items are ordered from the printer when you place your order if your purchase needs to be stopped after it has been placed there will be a 25% restocking/cancellation fee. This also applies if an item has already been shipped - I will send you a postage paid label for you to return the item once it arrives, and you will be refunded upon reciept of the item in the original condition that it was sent to you, minus the restocking fee.

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

I am always happy when people love my work enough to want to share it with everyone that they know - but these resources take a lot of time and energy to create. For that reason I ask that people not resell, alter or redistribute them. However, if you really want to share a resource with someone that you know reach out to me and I can hook you up with an incentive to direct them to my shop.

I haven't currently started taking commissions - but if you have something that you are really looking for and that you don't see please reach out to me, and if it is something that I can do for you we can work together and set up a custom listing for you.

When it comes to my custom resin items, the question of what to do if you are unhappy with your purchase may arise. Since there are countless color combinations possible, it is not always feasible to predict precisely how your chosen colors will turn out.

If, by any chance, your item arrives defective, such as showing slight melting due to heat, I am committed to resolving the issue. In such cases, I will gladly replace the item or provide you with store credit as an alternative solution.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns solely based on dissatisfaction with the color combination. However, if you wish, I can accommodate your request by sending you pictures of the item before I ship it.

Five star service is a priority for me.
