-A word about old pawn. Many of my items are old pawn. They have travelled through time with this distinction. However, it is my understanding that in order to ethically label old pawn, a pawn receipt must be present. For this reason, I do not specify their status in the listing. This does not make me sad. The beauty and history of these items is not lessened by what we call them. Listen to the piece and see if it speaks you.
-Most items are sent USPS First Class which provides tracking. For items being shipped internationally, this tracking extends to United States exit only. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping and delivery concerns. Listed shipping costs are for First Class International. Your address must be entered in English and accepted by Etsy as a printable mailing label. If you have any questions, concerns or if other shipping arrangements are desired, please contact me prior to purchase and I will get a price quote for you and hold the item while we work that out.
-If you are in or plan to be in the Santa Fe area and would like to arrange pick up, contact me prior to purchase and I will remove shipping cost for you.
-I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact me.
-All items are currently housed in a smoke free, pet friendly environment but all items have also had previous lives. I cannot verify what allergens they may have been exposed to.
-I reuse shipping materials and boxes whenever possible to reduce waste.
