Hello and Welcome to Zig Zag DeZign's Shop Policy page!! Here you will find information about payment, shipping, refunds, and custom orders. I have sold on eBay for 10 plus years and decided to make a switch to Etsy. I have thousands of feedback on there so if you're unsure of buying from me because I have low feedback just send me message and I'd be happy to share my eBay id with you.

Payment
We currently accept Paypal as form of payment.

Paypal payments are expected to be made at time of check out (unless you are in need of an adjusted invoice). If paying with echeck, we will wait for it to clear before starting on your order, this can take 3-5 business days. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

CUSTOMER ORDERS:
We are not taking custom orders at this time.

CANCELLED ORDER:
There is a 5% fee for canceled orders. This is due to PayPal not refunding the entire amount when an order is refunded as well as a processing fee. Please make sure everything is correct with your purchase prior to placing your order.
Shipping
We will make every effort to make the transactions smooth and easy. We use the address on file with Etsy so please make sure it's correct. We will ship your packages safely and in a timely manner, usually 1-3 business days after payment is received, if not sooner.

SHIPPING IN THE USA:
All packages are shipped First Class with delivery confirmation. If you prefer Priority Mail or insurance please contact us for a revised invoice. *Once your package leaves our shop we are no longer responsible. If there is a problem we will work with you and the post office to figure out what's going on. If you do not purchase insurance we're not responsible for the post office losing your package .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship all international packages via first class international. If you prefer international priority mail please contact us for pricing prior to making your purchase. Any additional charges from customs or similar are the responsibility of the buyer.

All shipping charges are estimated as accurately as possible. Shipping charges include packaging and delivery confirmation. If you would like to include insurance, please let us know and wait for a revised invoice before paying.

The shipping charges are calculated by charging the highest shipping price first, then adding each additional item with the secondary shipping cost. If you have any questions please let us know.
Refunds and Exchanges
We describe items as accurately as possible and encourage you to ask questions before purchasing. Therefore, we do not offer returns/refunds unless there was a gross misrepresentation on our part.
