- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Refunds are offered if sent back within 5 days of receiving. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Refund will be processed once refunded item is physically received.
International shipping is available and typically arrives thru customs via USPS within 10 business days or so. Once shipment reaches customs, I have no access to tracking the item. The best and only option is for you to contact your local customs office and ask when the package will be available.
